Order Processing:
It takes approximately 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
Order Status:
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page on our website to check order status.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD. We accept all returns within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. Learn more about our return policy here.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Acmofit ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you wish to ship to a PO BOX, the delivery time will be approx. 11 to 21 days, the policy applied to all countries. Therefore, we recommend you fill up your shipping address with specific places instead of a PO BOX to get your package in a desirable time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Acmofit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Acmofit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
